If you should bring visitors with you to the Equestrian Center, please instruct them not to put their hands in the stalls, open stall doors or feed the horses treats. In the interest of safety, please keep children with you and supervise them closely. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act and the policies of Eastern Iowa Equestrian College, the director of the Equine Program and any of its instructors are available to discuss appropriate academic accommodations that may be required for students with disabilities. Requests for academic accommodation are to be made during the first three (3) weeks of the semester, except under unusual circumstances, so that arrangements can be made. Students are encouraged to talk to College staff so that appropriate procedures can be followed and arrangements made as early in the semester as possible.

The Equestrian Center is unequipped to teach handicapped riding to students that are physically, emotionally or mentally challenged.
